Shipping & production timeline

Each watch is a bespoke creation, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. While production can take up to 6 months due to the personalized nature of Tarchini timepieces, your custom watch will typically be delivered within 2-3 months. Your patience is much appreciated as I work to create a unique piece that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Rest assured, I will keep you informed throughout the process and ensure your watch reaches you as soon as possible.

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend a maintenance service every 3 years.

Even with water-resistant features, water can still be detrimental to the delicate materials and intricate mechanics inside the watch. Prolonged or repeated exposure to water can cause damage to the seals and gaskets, potentially compromising the movement and overall integrity of the watch.

To ensure the longevity and help maintain the beauty of your watch, please:

• Avoid submersion
  Refrain from wearing the watch while swimming, showering, or engaging in activities where it may be submerged.
• Avoid harsh environments
  Steam, high humidity, and chemicals (such as in perfumes or detergents) can be harmful to both the exterior and interior components.
